Dr. Rocco amputated my father's toe. While I was taking care of it, I noticed what looked like bone poking through where the skin was supposed to be healing together. I took him back in. Bad customer service. Staff seems annoyed when you have questions. Dr. Rocco is habitually 40+ minutes late, and nobody warns you. You find out after you've been waiting. He seemed to never take my pain seriously, and left me in the exam room until they forgot I was there. I was going through...more
