Ogden, ut |
Dr. Rocco amputated my father's toe. While I was taking care of it, I noticed what looked like bone poking through where the skin was supposed to be healing together. I took him back in. Rocco looked at my dad'[s toe and said, 'That is not bone." He then cleaned the tip of the wound and it was indeed bone poking through were had been cut so carelessly. He then refused to give my dad any pain med. I insisted and he threw the script at me. He operated again. My dad got MRSA. He almost died.

Bad customer service. Staff seems annoyed when you have questions. Dr. Rocco is habitually 40+ minutes late, and nobody warns you. You find out after you've been waiting. He seemed to never take my pain seriously, and left me in the exam room until they forgot I was there. I was going through withdrawals after firing them, they referred me to the ER instead of helping, then offered to have Rocco call me, but he didn't. Turns out I have CRPS, but they didn't help with that. Overbooked and pricy.
