This content was provided by Dr. Rihn "Dr. Rihn graduated from Duquesne University in 1998 with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Theology. He was the Valedictorian of both the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences and the McAnulty College of Liberal Arts. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2002 where he was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Medical Honor Society. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh, and a Fellowship in Spinal Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Rihn is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Rothman Institute and the Sidney Kimmel Medical of Thomas Jefferson, where he instructs residents and fellows in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of spinal conditions. He is the Co-director of Spine Surgery at the Rothman Institute and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the Co-director of the Regional Spinal Cord Injury Center of the Delaware Valley. Dr. Rihn has over 150 peer and non-peer reviewed publications and book chapters and has edited several books and special journal issues related to the spine. He continues to be active in research and education that pertains to the evaluation and treatment of spinal conditions."

I experienced pain in my leg and was unable to walk or stand for more than a few minutes. This totally limited my life and the things I liked to do the most such as travel, visit museums, and play with my grandchildren. I could hardly walk when I went into Dr Rihn's office. It had been 3 months of me suffering in pain. Dr Rihn made me feel at ease that he could help me ,he answered all of my questions. I will reccomend him to anyone that needs a great Dr for the spine.

Dr. Jeffrey Rihn is the best! He did my spine surgery which addressed my lumbar spinal stenosis and spondylolisthesis! He is very compassionate and listened to my suffering! If you have back problems see Dr. Jeffrey Rihn and he will definitely help you! Thank you Dr. Rihn! You're great!

I heard about Dr. Rihn from a girlfriend who had back surgery with him and had good result. Another girlfriend's husband, who is an ER. doctor, also had back surgery with a positive result.
