I really like Dr. Ries. He's kind, caring and very sweet. He knows what he's doing and went the extra mile. Unfortunately he's got a big problem with someone on his office staff. She's extremely rude and condescending, and frankly doesn't give a flying fig who she insults because she is married to Dr . Ries. I'm sad for him because he's too nice for that!

Dr. Reis himself is great but he is in serious need of better office management. Called to inquire about an authorization because it was months later and came to find it was never submitted. When I asked for the date of the authorization she was looking at, she got angry and said she would have to call me back. Instead of ever calling me back I received a letter saying they would no longer see me.

I have been seeing Dr. Ries for a number of years and would highly recommend him. He is very compassionate, thorough, and helpful. Unfortunately, I had my first run-in with his Office Manager today, and that has prompted my review. I have met my Out Of Pocket Maximum for the year and, therefore, do not have to pay any co-pays for the rest of the year. She insisted that I still had to pay my co-pay or reschedule my appointment. She was extremely rude, condescending, and patronizing.

Absolutely horrid experience with office manager. Will be reporting to the insurance board for review. My husband missed ONE appointment due to BRAIN SURGERY. I came in today to reschedule a follow up visit... as this is his neurologist correct ? Had no issue making the appointment. However 4 hours later I get a call from the office manager scolding me for missing the appt in January and shebcalled me a flat out “flagrant liar” thank filly I had her on speaker and can play it back via next

This was the only doctor in several years I saw who suggested my horrible pain and degeneration might be a connective tissue disorder. Too bad others missed it for decades, so damage was already done. But he told me everything he understood about it and where to find support and more information, though it cannot be cured.

I would like to thank Dr. Ries and staff for the fantastic job they do!! My father has Alzheimer's. Dr. Ries takes the time to listen to the issues, he then offered several solutions to choose from and educated us on the pros and cons of each solution, as well as help us plan for the changes down the line. We find him very knowledgeable, willing to help, and a great personality. This is the best care doctor my dad has had (we've been thru a few.) I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Ries and his staff were outstanding. It took less than a week to get an appointment, and his staff was very nice and professional. Dr. Ries treated me with so much respect and thoroughly explained my MRI. He did not rush me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Ries!

Dr. Reis gives up on you if he can't figure out what's wrong with you and how to treat you. Staff is horribly rude. And makes you feel very uncomfortable.
