Dr. Persons is a damn fine surgeon. You'd be lucky to have him fix you up after an critical incident. That is very important. Now, to his office. Plan on waiting a MINIMUM of 90 minutes past your appt. time and many times well over 2 hours to be seen. It's worse when you are on your one week...more
