Appt. at 9 am, total confusion by staff, where were X-rays. 1030 took more at my expense. 1200was in exam room, Dr, Nassif not happy, door was open and I heard the rant to nurses that it was his lunch time. When I met with Dr. Nassif the first available date to be seen was almost 4 weeks from my accident. I have had knee problems for many years and a fall exacerbated pain and inflammation.
