Support staff needs major improvement
This is not a review of Dr. Nascimento's medical services but of his office. I've been trying to get an appointment to see him for almost a week. I had a referral sent over from my primary care physician, yet in the multiple calls I've made his support staff has told me they don't have it yet - then later told me they did - they received it days ago. Then they told me I couldn't yet make an appointment but wouldn't explain why. They then put me on hold for a very long time without explaining why or what they were doing before forgetting about me - this happened twice. I recently switched health insurance which is why I had to switch providers. It is such an unpleasant experience. All I want is health care.

Pharmacy has not heard back after 4 days after faxing him to renew my prescription. Other than that, he is a great doctor. Decided to keep eeing him when he left one practice for another. Guess not completely set up?

Excellent doctor. 12 years hi is my doctor and will not change him as long as he works. He cares for his patients. Has a knowledge of his field. He has patience and he listens. Extremely satisfied with service he provides

Dr Nascimento saw me on time and was very easy to communicate with, he showed that he had my well being his first concern. He answered all my questions and did not rush me through my appointment. He was very through and accommodating. His staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend him.

I had my first visit with Dr. Nascimento and he was very helpful in explaining my condition and how to best treat it. He was relaxed and a very good listener. He never interrupted when I was explaining my concerns and was willing to work with me on the best treatment plan possible and keep it in my budget. I'm switching pulmonologist to Dr. Nascimento now because I think his quality of care will be far superior in the future.
