My husband and I went for routine eye exams but were charged for specialty/medical eye exams. I tried repeatedly to resolve the issue with the office but wound up having to appeal the charge through our insurance. My husband's appeal was found in our favor. Mine was not only because the investigator could not read a signature (by Chip Ewan). I did not see Dr Kearfott while in the office yet they lied and said he had examined me and signed the form.

I see a few people complain about sometimes they have to wait longer then they like. I wouldn,t be writing this right now if not for DR Kearfott. I would be walking around with a white can with a red tip. Dr Kearfott is fantastic. He knows his stuff. So sometimes you may have to wait longer then you like. Spare a couple hours to save your vision. Who wants to complain ? Shame on you. Thank you DR Kearfott. Thomas S. Springfield Ohio.

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
