I had stenosis and degenerative disks at l4, 5, &6 and my vertebra had slipped out of alignment. I had sever nerve pain as a result and my pain level was a 8 or 9. I am 68 and in athletic shape. Dr, Jenkins did surgery on me and aligned my spine with rods and screws and inserted a replacement disk removing my degenerative ones. I was pain free when I woke up and walked myself to the bathroom at the overnight hospital stay. I continued to walk and be pain free in the days to come. It's been 3 weeks and I am still pain free. I would recommend Dr. Jenkins to anyone as well as this procedure. Dr. Jenkins explained my condition and the procedure very well to me. His "bedside manner" is wonderful. His surgery skill is obviously the highest possible. Trust him, I did and it turned out wonderful for me.
