I don't know what happened, I left a glowing review but unfortunately I clicked on one star not 5 and there isn't a way to edit this from the website as far as I can see. This is what I said: Dr. Fisher has been my physician for about 10 years. Despite a laundry list of of "weird" issues, he always helps me sort through everything, with a patient and comprehensive point of view. He is very generous with this time, the wait is nonexistent or extraordinarily reasonable (10-15 minutes, compared to two hours in some doctor offices), and his office is unbelievably warm and welcoming. I wish all doctor offices looked like this - basically a study from the 19th Century - comfy couches surrounded by books of every kind. By contrast I have gone to gastro doctors with pictures of decaying stomachs on the dirty white walls. Really guys? Not only is that gross it makes me feel worse, mentally before I ever see you. Here, it's so calming and relaxing I almost want to wait longer! His staff is also

Dr Fisher is as close to perfect as you can find in a doctor. Aside from being incredibly brilliant and gifted as a clinician he possesses superb communication skills. He explained everything in his treatment plan to me so well. He is a problem solver and advocate for his patients, straightforward and caring and compassionate. His memory about the details of your care are so impressive. He can quote journal articles down to the most minute details. So often you have to remind a doctor about things…. not Dr Fisher. Have never met a doctor like him!!! How lucky I am to be in his care!!!!

I cant say enough about Dr Fisher. One of the very best Dr's I have ever come across and I have over 15 different physicians, he is by far the most thorough, thoughtful, caring, informed physicians I have ever encountered. I live in Litchfield CT and have had a cardiologist in the waterbury area for years which has completely overlooked multiple concerns that Dr. Fisher picked up upon. Instead of spending money on nonsense things, invest in the very best Dr's, Jeff is one of them!

Dr. Fisher has been my primary care physician for over 25 years and he is, in a word, terrific. Incredibly thorough and because of his cardiac specialty, this important aspect of my overall care is expertly attended to. He has a wonderful "bed side manner", is extremely careful and caring in explaining test results and through his high quality associations with other top specialists can be counted on to assure top levels of care in all areas. His office and staff are professional, warm and inviting and I could not be happier with the services he provides. I can and recommend him without reserve.

Let me tell you what kind of doctor and man. Jeffrey Fisher is. My parents. both are in their 90s.(my father is dying of dementia) My mother who is 91 and I are his sole caretakers we were all his patients.. Dr Fisher doesn't like me. He never did. I don't understand why but it doesn't matter. He should have referred me to another doctor or declined to treat me if he did not want to.But he has never talked to me in any manor that is not abrasive and demeaning. He was verbally abusive to me during what became my last visit. He attacked me personally and made crude comments about my physical appearance. Admittedly I am overweight and need to lose some. But I had lost some weight in between visits but not enough for Dr. Fisher. He was not at all medical in his approach and shamed me and actually yelled at me. He refused to consider any other reason for my my breathing problem which it turns out has nothing to do with my weight. Thank god I found a decent doctor. I do not like being

I leave Dr. Fisher's office feeling good about myself. Dr. Fisher is unfailingly supportive, kind and astute in his diagnosis. Even when you need further testing Dr.Fisher does not engender fear. His judgement is firmly aligned with the Hippocratic oath. An excellent physician who genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. Doctor Fisher is amazing! He took his time with me, not like other doctors that rush you out as soon as possible. He is what a REAL doctor should be. He has an excellent bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. In fact, I had a procedure done and he called several times to check in and see how I was feeling. I would recommend him to everyone.
