Jeff Fields, MD specializes in the care of athletes of all ages, all sports, and all levels of competition. In addition to his family medicine practice caring for infants through geriatrics, he focuses on non-operative orthopedic and sports related medical issues, and is especially interested in musculoskeletal ultrasound, concussion management, and vocal cord dysfunction. Dr. Fields earned his bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency and fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Indiana University. He has worked with the Indianapolis Colts and on the Mixed Martial Arts circuit, and served as team physician for the Indianapolis Indians AAA minor league baseball team. He was an official provider for USA Gymnastics, USA Diving, and USA Track and Field.
