Dr. Dean is great, his staff on the other hand....well that's another story. Needed FMLA paperwork completed for surgery, and its been faxed many times with confirm's received, however Jayson says he is a VET and seems to not know whats going on. I may have to cancel my surgery because the office...more

Dr. Dean has been amazing, and has never made me feel like I'm being rushed through my appointments. Additionally, he's always been very patient with the many questions I've had for him regarding my shoulder injury.

The whole office staff lacks empathy and is not personable whatsoever (including Dr. Dean). I am still waiting on a important call that I sent to the male nurse SIX days ago regarding surgery. Needless to say I have found a better place to go that cares, returns calls and doesn't just look at you...more
