Vascular disease can be difficult to understand as a patient. The focus is on the patient. As a physician who is trained to provide both interventional/endovascular and traditional surgery the goal will be to come up with the best option of care on an individual basis. Cancer of the lung and esophagus are best treated as a team of physicians including a surgical oncologist, medical oncologist, and a radiation oncologist. The goal is provide very patient specific care and therapy to reach the goal of a cure. As much time as is needed with each visit is spent with the patient and their family. This can make for long clinics and delays but the patient is the main focus.
