Pressed # 2 for making new patient appts, 1030.am @1:50p m.Repeated call @ 3:pm.Finally received a return call; told the receptionist it was not a great way to start as new patients, she replied'well what can I do for you nowwith an attitude. No niceness, professionalism, so I replied, nothing thank youand will find another Orthopedic Office. He just lost 2 new patients. I feel a staff meeting is in order; the Doctors probably have no clue what is happening!
