I went to Dr. Zhao with a painful calcium deposit in my shoulder. He recommended a steroid shot and a month of physical therapy. He was rude while addressing my concerns and impatient that I had difficulty arriving at a snap decision regarding treatment. I left without following his recommendations. Another Dr., one with a respectful bedside manner, prescribed a more thoroughly tested approach and put me on the path to pain relief.
