friendly staff, spent time explaining everything
in Manhasset, NY |
Dr Silber was patient and compassionate. He listened to my concerns and suggested a few options. I didn't feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend him!!
in Massapequa, NY |
second time seeing dr silber: I unknowingly made a second appointment with the same doctor I had a terrible experience with at the Great Neck location. made an appointment with massapequa practice because they had physical therapy and chiropractic services. to my dismay it was Dr Silber the same doctor Who ignored my pains and spent all of four minutes with me. he seems to want to negate your pains and just say either you do or do not need surgery. he doesn't even read the reports you bring in.
in Flushing, NY |
biggest jerk you'd ever want to meet. 5 minutes if you're lucky... big bruise on my face after surgery. No improvement in my condition, my walking is very poor. Lack of concern and support afterwards. He seemed upset when I came in with notes to remember things of concern. Again, rushed consultation, a poor "bedside" manner.
in Queens, NY |
I have been a patient of Dr. Silber for several years and I found him to be professional, pleasant and informative. First of all, he does not go immediately to surgery as the only option. Twice, my situation was greatly improved by going to a therapist that he'd recommended, as an alternative to surgery. Over the years Dr. Jeff referred me to an excellent hand surgeon, neurologist and ortho surgeon. My one complaint is that he does only Spine surgery now, so I had to go to another doctor.

Hes the most amazing surgeon. He treated me with kindness and warmth. I never felt rushed and he always anwered any questions I may have had. After surgery I feel amazing!
