    Dissatisfied with the care and attention provided by this doctor for the care of my grandfather while on hospice. I'm surprised at the unwillingness for this physician to communicate with the family about our grandfather's obvious discomfort and pain... My understanding of palliative care is to ease pain, during end of life care. I did not believe this meant neglect concerns and refuse to provide care. My family's concerns were dismissed and deflected by condescending remarks.
