In 2013 my mother had surgery on her shoulder and Dr. Simard's nurse / office told her to increase the pain pills instead of sending her to the emergency room due to their oversight she has lost total use of that arm and hand and threatened to be amputated

I am trying to understand why Dr. Simard did not get all 5s. He has been my orthopedic doctor for 20 plus years and I have complete confidence in him. He has performed two partial knee replacements for me that changed my life. I have and will recommend him.
