I was looking for a GOOD doctor that I thought could help me with my terrible eyesight I have had my whole life and it wasn't getting any better as the years went on with aging floaters and then discovering I had cataracts in my fifties when he examined my eyes. He performed surgery on my eyes and after having the cataracts removed I no longer need my thick glasses or my contact lenses. I was surprised on how well my vision is now.

Hello - I was referred to Dr. Lustbader by Catherine Silver who is an Oncology Nurse and a 28 year employee with MedStar (Lombardi). I have been provided what I would describe as World Class Ophthtalmology Service. Each step in my journey, from initial appointment, diagnosis, pre-operative work, surgical procedures, post-op visits and annual follow-up visits have each been a model of the finest professional care and personal service. Thank you Dr. Lustbader and his fine Team!
Gaithersburg, MD |
I have been a patient of Dr. Lustbader since he joined the Georgetown faculty, and I was a medical faculty member as well. I now travel from Gaithersburg to see him annually because I believe in the importance of continuity of care and I trust Dr. Lustbader. I have always been cared for well, but I am pleased to say that wait times have significantly decreased in the last 25 years. I am now in and out much more quickly. Thank you for a smoothly run clinical practice.

I have been going to Dr. Lustbader for more than 11 years and I have recommended him frequently to colleagues. He is courteous, never rushes the appointment and takes the to explain procedures. I will continue to see him even when I have moved to the eastern shore as I doubt I could find as good a doctor there or even here in DC.
