Dr Jay is amazing. He also has other physicians in his practice and as very good as well. We have been seeing him for 10 years. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Loveheim should not be a doctor let alone an owner of a pediatric office. He lacks bedside manners when it comes to the patient needs. His office seems to put money and monetary gain over the well being of people. I came for a visit with my 4month old who was sick, needless to say he said I couldn't be seen today because I did not have the 10 dollar Co pay. He is Disrespectful and should be put out of Business.

Dr. Jay & Dr. Yoo are outstanding but the office staff are horrible and lack manners and customer service. They need training on how to treat people, especially kids.

My Children have been going to Dr. Lovenheim since they were babies. He is amazing! Dr Jay, is very easy to talk to and also easy to understand. I never had any issues with him, but his staff does need some work!

The doctors are amazing but the staff is the issue, you can be talking English n they act as if you are from outer space. I waited weeks for an appointment and NOBODY call confirm, remind you nothing!! My son has been going there since he was born he is now 3. I am just frustrated with them n also, sometimes the phone rings out, sometime they answer then out you on hold for 15 min, that's just unacceptable

Did not even offer rotavirus vaccine effectively not given the option to the parents to make the decision. One of us is an immunogist and has worked as a scientist in vaccine development. As a consequence we changed practices.
