I was a patient of Dr. Carlson's for 4 or 5 years in the late 90's. Upon leaving I asked for and received his notes. I was stunned at the mistakes and misunderstandings his documentation disclosed. Dr Carlson is such a caring and competent Doctor. I saw him for years and only had to stop because of insurance issues. He truly cares about his clients and really does his best to help out.
