The experience with this clinical staff was awful. The office staff was very rude and condescending. Angela at the front desk was especially nasty and the staff at large has a disdain and disregard for the elderly and minorities. When I complained about how my 80 year old mother was treated and what Angela had said to me she outright lied and the Dr Shah that I complained to seemed to care less. We were even more disrespected when Angela kept addressing my,80 year old mother by her first name.
