Dr Baer always seems to ask the right questions right from my initial appointment in understanding my situation and making me feel comfortable. Very good listening skills, and has made suggestions to assist me with dealing with my issues. Electronic surveys provided at the beginning of each visit to monitor my status. Staff always professional and friendly. Been a patient with Dr Baer for more than a year.

Dr. Baer is the Clinical Director of Psychiatry at the Brigham. I never met the man, nor spoke to him. Dr. Nadkarni was my physician under his tutelage. Supports poor conduct for a budding Psychrist. Teaches the pupil, to monopolize the patient appointment, push medications that sicken the patient, her interest in patient care non-existent. Strong lack of empathy as a clinician , ensures displeased patients will be given no assistance to see another Psychrist at Brigham and Womens.

Does to listen well or focus well on patients input and reasonable requests and needs. Consumes all patient/doctor interaction by him consuming the entire conversation. Over medicated patient and fails to respond to patient horrific side effects from being over medicated and lack of his pet prescribed medications to lift depression or anxiety just keeps encouraging the patient to keep taking the high dose medications weeks and months after the meds should have kicked in.
