Rheumatoid arthritis is hard enough. A doctor who is difficult to get in touch with for any reason - whether I need an RX refill, have a question, need my records faxed to another specialist, etc. - and who has rude staff makes the experience even worse. Wait times were ridiculous as well. I regularly booked the first appointment of the day and would still have a 45 min. wait time for just 5 min. with the doctor. To his credit, he knows what he is doing but lacks compassion. Do NOT recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Berrios for several years, he has kept my Lupus under control. The office staff is also very nice and extremely helpful.

Very unpleasant experience. The staff is rude, pays no attention to your needs. They even refused to give me a copy of my own test results saying it was not allowed! I had to reschedule one of my doctor and called a day in advance as it was required, and the staff said it was fine. However, I got a bill a month later with a no show fee. When I called, they said I had to call another time to speak with another person. It was not easy to catch that person. That's how they earn extra money, I guess

Dr. Berrios is at the top of his game. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. You want someone like this when you're dealing rheumatic diseases because they are complex and complicated and are very difficult to diagnose. They mimic other diseases and often take a long time to identify. Good treatment is a partnership between the doctor and patient. Dr. Berrios does his part so make sure you do your part by making your appointments, getting your lab work done, educating yourself on your condition

I’m a patient of Dr. Berrios and want to share my opinion because he is a good Physician. His positive attitude and concern about the well-being of his patients is rare. I have several medical conditions and spent decades wanting help and relief. These diseases work against each other and cause doctors to give up. Dr. Berrios listened and laid out his plan and improvement began in days! I’ve felt better every day since. Dr. Berrios (and staff) went the extra mile and I am grateful.

If I could leave it starless I would this is the worst doctor I've ever been to no one ever answers the phone!!! You wait forever when your there it's just awful customer service!!!!

Dr. Berrios needs to reconsider his staff! They are extremely rude. I will be seeing a new Specialist!

I've been going to him for several years now all he does is check my blood pressure my weight and my temperature and tells me i have to lose weight. Then says i'll see you in 3 months and sends me on way. He's terrible about giving refills will not give unless you do blood work but then takes his sweet time reading results thus making you wait on medications. The office staff is no better.
I've been going to him for a year trying to get a diagnosis but all he ever does is see me for 5 minutes and tell me I should do Zumba he hasn't really mentioned anything about about any progress made on getting a diagnosis of my condition
