Dr Ashiq was one of the attending pulmonologists while my wife was a patient at Select Specialty Hospital in Carrollton Texas. All his visits were rushed and he barely looked at my wife, seeing her only a minute or two each time (we called them 'drive bys'). Further, the billing service he uses (Envision Physician Services out of Las Vegas Nevada) is incapable of sending a comprehensive bill. Instead, you will receive a separate bill for each visit with a separate account number. So you'll need to send a separate payment for each visit. Pretty awful client service by both the doctor and Envision.
