I highly recommend Dr. Wu. He has been treating me for over 2 years and is very patient and caring. He takes the time to listen and work with me in getting me the proper care I need. He responds quickly in answering my questions on the Patient Portal and offering Telehealth options during the Pandemic. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming.

Dr WU has been treating me sense 2018. he has always been great, very kind, and very attentive. He is easy to contact through the patient portal and his responses are very timely. I highly recommend him as a rheumatologist.

This is the worst doctor I have ever known....He and his staff are not patient- friendly or accommodating. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate him and his staff as a complete ZERO. He and his staff gives a special meaning to the words "distant", "pompous", "unavailable" and PATIENT-UNFRIENDLY...

This was my first appt with Dr Wu. He listened and didn't rush, was very thorough with questions and his exam and testing ordered. Office staff was wonderful too.

An excellent doctor who always takes the time to listen and is always courteous. Always open to suggestions. When I expressed my concern with how a particular medicine was affecting me, he was all ears and immediately suggested a different prescription avenue to take (which turned out GREAT). Any doctor who knocks on his own door before entering the examination room always gets an A+ from me ;-)

Dr Wu is an excellent doctor. When he walks into the room he looks at you, shakes hands and greets you like you were his only patient. He takes time to listen, check out the problems, and determine the course of action for the problem. He has a great personality and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

There's no one better than Dr. Wu. Caring, informed, highly skilled, and willing to think outside the box, he is exactly the doctor you want to diagnose and treat your autoimmune disease. Dr. Wu is knowledgeable in the latest treatments such as Benlysta subcutaneous injections. He and his staff are also adept at navigating insurance requirements and difficulties. He takes his time with every visit to listen, consider the patient's perspective, explain, and evaluate the efficacy of treatment.

Dr. Wu is an excellent rheumatologist. He spends time with his patients and truly listens to them. He genuinely cares about his patients. After 10+ years of feeling horrible and having another doctor try to feed me pills instead of searching for answers I took my health into my own hands. Upon meeting Dr. Wu he took time to listen to me, review test results and search for answers. While others made me feel like I was crazy, he took the time to prove I wasn’t! Thank you Dr. Wu and staff!

I would not recommend him. I don’t get the impression that he cares about the people (patients) under his care.

R Wu is the only ortho Doctor I would go to. He is very considerate,and listens to what I say. I referred my husband to him this summer.Dr. Wu was the only Dr. who did a correct diagnosis of his problem.Now, my husband is a patient as well. we would never go to anyone else. I now refer him to all my friends and relatives. He is the BEST!

This was my first visit with Dr. Wu and I went to him based on the results of a bone density test. I was pretty upset with the results and he took the time to explain the results and why I was really at a low risk for fractures. He figured some numbers and explained the ranges that I was in and why he felt no treatment was needed at this time. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu.

I have experienced 2 sides to Dr. Wu. My first 2 appointments he did listen, took time with me and seemed to care and understand. He ordered tests and reviewed them. My 3rd appointment went very differently. He didn't listen or care and appeared frustrated that he told me the meds would take 3-4 months to take effect. He didn't bother to explain anything this last visit or seem take into consideration anything that I had said. Going to another doctor. Nurse doesn't bother to call back!!!
