Dr. Whalen is professional, kind and compassionate. When answering my questions he breaks it down so I understand completely. The staff is always professional and very helpful.
Dr Whalen was very thorough and explained in great detail. I had a lot of questions and they were answered clearly. I felt like a valued patient and I was comfortable and relaxed. I had referred my daughter and grandchildren to Dr Whalen in the past and my husband has been his patient for several years.
Dr. Whalen is outstanding - he is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly caring and works to find the best solutions for his patients. His staff really care about the patients and follow-up on calls, etc. Example; put in a call to request a new product for my son. While Dr. Whalen was on vacation, he still took the message and the staff followed up on getting the script approved and sent to the pharmacy. I would highly recommend Dr. Whalen to anyone!
Very intelligent doctor. Diagnosed things that were beyond even dermatology just by looking at different things. Very proactive. Highly recommend Dr. Whalen!
