Healing on my bilateral gluteal flap surgery for a pilonidal cyst failed after 3 previously failed ones. Dr. Spector's proposed fix was ANOTHER surgery. I expressed serious concern with repeated surgeries that kept failing. He wouldn't hear me out. I began crying because this was my 4th surgery and he wanted me to do a 5th. He told me we could talk when I was 'thinking more rationally.' I walked out and found a less condescending doctor, and wound up healing through nutrition only, no surgery.

Funny guy, but really knows his stuff. Very caring and attentive. He's done two surgeries on me so far. Great guy overall and very personable. Staff is always so pleasant and welcoming when they see me.

He is not only incredibly caring and professional but a very talented surgeon. People cannot even see the 2-inch surgical scar on my face unless I point it out.
