Excellent surgical care. And when my leg trauma was discovered to be far worse than initially anticipated, while on the O.P table no less, (turning an hour procedure into a 4+ hour surgery), you and your skilled medical unit went above and beyond to not only resolve the damages, heavy pain and constant suffering, but gave me back both my independence and elevated my quality of life. For that, I simply cannot thank Dr. Pleimann enough.

My experience with Doctor Pleimann was very good. I went to him for a second opinion and was so impressed with his diagnosis I opted for him performing the needed surgery. The procedure went well and my recovery was better than anticipated. I think he is current with the technology and his technique, from my perspective, is exceptional. His office demeanor is professional, neither fawning or curt. One of the best in NW Arkansas.

Dr. Pleimann was my 3rd ortho try after the 2 in Bentonville misdiagnosed my torn Achilles. Wish I had gone to him from the beginning. He did my Achilles surgery and was very successful... I can actually run on it now. He is the only one I would see for ankle/foot problems.

I'm usually not the one to complain but I have had enough with the uncaring attitude of Dr Jason Pleimann. He amputated my leg below the knee in 2014 so I have had several visits with him, some good and some bad. I wrote on the form I had two sores on my left foot which is caused by the Arizona brace he ordered and also mentioned it when he came into the room. Not one time did he ask to see them. He barely glanced at the sore on my amputated area. Acted as though he could care less

I would not recommend him. He wasn't helpful with my situation, he was rude in my opinion. I couldn't get a word in edge wise. He was rough, the following day I ended up in the ER to find out I had a severe sprain which I hadn't until my visit with him.

Said he would scrape down knot at knuckle on previously broken third toe on left foot causing pain in adjacent toe. After surgery was swollen with pin in it so could not tell what was done and nothing said post-op. After 6 weeks I called, asked why still could not bend toe and nurse said wait some more. Called 2 weeks later got same response. Obvious now he cut out section of bone to move knot down. Knot sits at base of toe. Toe is shorter, cannot bend it and in different plane than other toes.

Dr. Pleimann made sure I understood my options and how the procedure would be done.
