By far the most difficult office I have ever dealt with. I guarantee you will get stuck on hold for a long time every time, not have calls returned, nobody knows anything, etc... It was literally easier to drive to their office to speak with someone in person than it was to call. Then when I walked up they would say "well you could've just called sir." A year ago, I was referred to Dr. Muir due to the onset of daily migraines. He walked in, took one look at me, told me that I needed to lose weight and offered little else. Yes, I need to lose weight but I had lost some weight before the onset so that wasn't what triggered it. Luckily, we were transferred to NorCal. Stanford Neurology was able to treat the migraines. Now, I am exercising and losing weight because I no longer want to spend my days in a dark, quiet room.
