I went to see Dr. Haslam about the pain in my hands. As thought I have arthritis in both joints near my wrist. His staff was very nice and friendly. He was wonderful. He explained what my options were and actually did a procedure on my cards right there. He gave me a cortisone shot in both hands. He’s is professional and has a great bedside manner. I’m so glad I was referred to him. I will be telling my friends and family and I will definitely go back and see him again.

Visit was amazing. I’m in the U.S. Army and during training I hurt my hand I had 3 surgery’s at the hospital in the army. And they could never get it right. Dr Hassan performed my 4th surgery and got it right. I had infection on my Right Hand middle Joint. Dr Hallam was able to go in there clean it out and get my Right Hand back to normal. Thank you Dr Haslam.

Dr. Haslam explained my Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement to me and answered all my questions. He also explained what to expect for success of the operation. Before the surgery I could not move my shoulder without severe pain. After surgery my arm was in a sling and was only permitted to move my arm enough to shower and change clothes. I was not permitted to move my shoulder until staples were removed and shoulder x ray completed to ensure that everything was healing correctly. He did such a good job the day staples were removed and I came out of sling I met these expectation (14 days) after surgery. The only pain that I have are in the muscles, (hadn't moved my arm for a about six weeks) feels more like muscle exertion than actual pain. The second day after staples removed I continue to improve and believe that I will return to full use of my arm (pre-injury). Thank you Dr. Haslam, I recommend you for any orthopedic services.

The bottom line is I went to the wrong Dr for wrist injury. I broke my wrist snowboarding and needed to see a specialist. 1st Visit: xrays, answers my questions about the injury. Affirm my continued use of the splint I had. I leave feeling we are on track to recovery, they tell me 4 more weeks to heal. 2nd visit, 2 weeks: Injury is healing correctly. No Dr. Haslam, just NP. I'm told I'm just about good to go and get back to normal life. 3rd Visit, 4 weeks: They said call to schedule after 2 weeks but I waited longer because what else can they tell me that they haven't already. I had taken off splint and had 15 - 25% mobility with my wrist. They had mentioned NOTHING of this. Now the answers to my questions are different. I'm told it could be another 2 months to get back to 100% because tendons/ligaments have to heal as well. NO MENTION WAS MADE OF THIS. As I type this, 4.5 months have passed. 80% mobility, frequent pain and discomfort.

Replaced my left knee and its never been right. Right knee replacement over 10 years ago (different surgeons) with no problems. Three years of continuous pain with Haslam's replacement. He has said that the replacement was done correctly and nothing needed. New surgeon has found the problem and now I have to go through another replacement.

I never saw the doctor himself always saw nurse practitioner. I do not pay an exzobrante price and not see the doctor himself. I feel that they are discriminating against me for having Medicare. I also called 2 times to get copies of paperwork for another doctor and have yet to receive them and the request was made in October. Very incompetent office staff that any get things done when requested.

Never actually saw the doctor. Broken thumb that the NP said would heal based on a mysterious doctor looking at texts. Receptionist actually redid his cast that looked like a club. Horrendous. Got a second opinion from real hand doctor that actually met with us and said the thumb would not heal correctly. It would look deformed and crooked. Mind you our sons right hand. Now wasted time spent here we are having hand surgery. Run run ru. Don’t go here.

I suffered from what turned out to be a glomus tumor on the side of my left little finger for several years, not knowing what it was. Nothing could be seen but as it started out being tender to becoming unbearable over a couple of years, I finally had to do something. Dr. Haslam correctly diagnosed and performed surgery and I have to say I have NEVER had a doctor like this. Dr. Haslam truly has it all: He is knowledgeable, compassionate and truly loves his job. He is THE BEST!
