Good office staff. BRUTAL in OR. Sent to Beaver to have blood clot removed. 1st procedure to remove clot, they tore 2 ligaments in right shoulder. 2nd procedure was to remove IVC filter put in before. NIGHTMARE event! SO MUCH went wrong. Nearly died. Beaver & staff left me writhing on table in pain. NOTHING done to help. Beaver actually tried to remove filter thru vein w/ 2 stents in it - unconscionable! He said it was easier path for him. Really!? After, heard he has many complaints.
