Dr. Kennedy is not a great physician in my opinion. As a doctor, especially a dermatologist, you should be as hands on with your patient as possible! I showed her my issue, she did not do a physical examination of the area, and proceeded to say “I have seen that before, it is a [blank]. This is malpractice in my opinion! Each patient is unique! You cannot definitively say or diagnose a patient based off of what you have seen in other patients. Now, two months later I am still having the same issue with 300 less dollars for a pointless doctors visit. Please do more research and take your skin issues elsewhere.

Dr Kennedy is knowledgeable and personalable. Her staff is not! They are very uncaring and not helpful. I was diagnosed with a very painful skin disease and was told they would not fill out paperwork of any kind to help protect my job during a flare where I couldn't put on clothes. I was told that they understand I am "uncomfortable" by a medical assistant....no, not uncomfortable...pain! Being that you mainly deal with a drs staff, I have chosen to find a new dr. The new dr and staff have been wonderful and very helpful.

Dr. Kennedy is the BEST. She's professional, CARING , compassionate and made my first time visit (a biopsy) comfortable and QUICK. She wears her passion for patient care via her smile & energy. Looking forward to future appointments. Glad I chose her :) her nursing staff is awesome as well !!!
