Dr. Black is a Wonderful person! Members of her staff, Not So Much! Numerous times the office did not send prescriptions to the pharmacy. It took two full weeks to get the office to rubber stamp my CPAP prescription, all the while I could purchase a replacement for my dead unit. The other reviews are right, you won't be seeing Dr Black. Also, they paid for a waiting room, when they built her office, so you will be sitting there for an hour or more from your scheduled appointment.

This office is by far the worst office I have ever encountered. From the front office to exiting there is nothing welcoming, caring or patient centered about it. You will be seen for one problem only each visit and that will be at their discretion, and based on the highest paying billing code. The appointments are for 20 minutes but I never saw anyone for more than 5-10 minutes and always waited at least 30-45 for a scheduled appointment. I would absolutely advise finding a different office.

I was hospitalized for 2 months due to having Malaria. I had been in a coma, intubated, my systems were near shut down. Miraculously, I survived, but I had gone through A LOT medically. Before being discharged, I tried to make an appointment for after discharge. When she finally saw me, the only thing she did was listen to my heart and lungs. I went from being seen daily and having blood drawn almost as often, to this...and she didn't want to see me or have bloodwork done until 3 months later!

Other reviews were right! I have good insurance. Made an appt. for an annual physical. During the physical, Dr. Black said my Blood Pressure (BP) meds were sent to my pharmacy. After running out of BP meds, no BP meds HAD Ever been called in. When I called Dr. Black's office to see Why BP Meds were Not called in, I was told I would have to schedule an appt & come back in!? Dr Black's office was willing for me to have sky-Hi BP-w/o BP meds (& have a stroke?) while waiting. Got-BPmed from diff. Dr

I have had exceptional experiences with this office as a patient for the last year. I have had many appts due to my medical conditions and have always been satisfied & impressed with the care I received from everyone (particularly with PA Jasmine). The entire staff creates a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable atmosphere. This is the first time I have had a doctors office I felt completely comfortable and confident with. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy PCP.

I saw Dr. Black as I needed a doctor. She ordered lab work. That lab work showed I was anemic. I was told I had a hemoglobin of 7. I was told to come in the next day for further lab work. When I next saw Dr. Black I asked about the lab work. She had no idea what I was talking about. She stated my hemoglobin was normal and didn't understand why she ordered it. People die of anemia, did I have Leukemia? Would I need blood transfusions? Yet Dr. black knew nothing about it.
