Scheduled this appointment MONTHS in advance. Was told to arrive a few minutes early. Called to say that I had arrived (per instructions) and was told that the lobby was full so I had to wait in the car. Called back after waiting 20 minutes and was told it would be another 45-60 minutes before I could be put in an exam room. Was told I could reschedule but the next opening was several weeks. Will find a different doctor.

Awful Experience Janet Cook is arrogant with a poor bedside manner. She doesn't listen and cuts you off when trying to relay your symptoms. As long as I waited after arriving early for my appointment I did not appreciate being rushed along. This was the single worse interaction I've ever has with a physician. I've seen her twice and that was enough for me to stay away.
