My work as a fitness competitor and yoga instructor demonstrated the importance of mind body connections on wellness, and I incorporate areyuvedic principles in treatment. I have treated a wide variety of patient populations and believe that therapeutic alliance with collaborstion provides the best outcomes for patients. I am pleased to offer psychotherapy, psychopharmscology and TMS at the village square location. "

She has been a life saver to me. I came to her at a critical point in my life. I had no will to help myself but she had the urge to help me for the both us. She helped me realize the traumas I have been through and wat to work on them to better my mental health conditions. She is wonderful.
