She has been great to me, but on the last phone conference she yelled at me because I am still having pain, I just recently had pain pump surgery and she kept saying to give it time, but she yelled while saying that. I just didn't like being talked to that way, I can't help that I am still in a lot of pain. I will not lie and say everything is fine and dandy.

I had my pain pump motor stop working on Tuesday afternoon. My pain management doctor Dr. Lewis referred me to Dr. Cochran to do the surgery to replace the defective pump. She picked an outstanding doctor and between the two of them the communication between Dr. Lewis, Dr. Cochran and my wife could not have been better. It has been 5 weeks and I am almost 100%.

Overall, I liked De.Lewis. The main reason I switched to Cleveland clinic pain management was insurance purposes. However, with the change I am getting much better care. Mercy office was a joke to get stuff done. I would literally have to go into the office to do anything which was super annoying and she just kept doing the shots and never did any testing to check stuff out. Don’t ever do afternoons appointment you’ll be there for 2-3 hours. Cleveland clinic has now diagnosed me with nerve damage and we are doing another mri. l to see what’s causing the damage. Another thing dr. Lewis struggled with my bows but Cleveland clinic can do the shots no problem.

I'm glad to say I may have seen her for the last time today. It has been a long long struggle... 4+months of constantly getting worse and never having things addressed, nor being offered relief in the process outside of seeing other doctors. Finally got in to see someone today and wasn't given an opportunity again. Have been treated for several tears which aren't bothering me, because of the wrong mri I had to get from another doctor. So on top of having my rhomboid nearly completely torn off my stapula.. I also have severe chronic back pain and can't even get in for a brachial plexus block for my severe brachial plexus injury.. if I could sleep a night or so, or had some form of relief in the process it wouldn't be so bad... but it nearly feels evil and please don't see Dr. Lewis if you care about you or your loved ones lives.

I have only been seeing Dr Lewis for about 8 months but her bedside manor is what you hope for in a Physician. All of her nurses, at least that I've come accross are great. She took me and my background seriously and did testing to help show where and why my pain is so severe. The wait time to see her isn't bad compared to my primary Physician. My only complaint would be the girls who check you in, in the front of office are rude and do not portray the good service you get once your called back

I've was under her care for over 2 yrs and the worst I can say is that there was 1) a scheduling issue at one point and 2) she moved her practice too far for my convenience. Other than that I've had nothing to complain about with her.
