Dr. Zebrack is brilliant and saved my life. He is not one of many words but he is brilliant physician. I have been seeing him for 14 years and don’t think there is a better cardiologist out there. Because of him, I was able to walk my daughter down the isle on her wedding day and see my grandkids be born and grow up.

I feel very fortunate that I was taken to the hospital where Dr. James Zebrack was after having a heart attack 14 years ago. He diagnosed my problem immediately and performed the necessary procedures that saved my life. Since that time, he has been my cardiologist and has listened to my heart problems and prescribed medications and tests that have been very satisfactory. As a result, my heart condition has improved, and I would recommend Dr. Zebrack to anyone with similar problems.

I have only been to see him once after Dr Sharp in his office retired, but he was thorough with his questions, gave me some (unsolicited) advice on my eating habits, and was kind and listened to my questions. He answered all my concerns and I will go back as needed. He wasn’t jovial and fun loving but I never expect that. I need knowledgeable and concerned especially about my heart!

Upon examination he immediately knew what my heart problem was and made appropriate recommendations for what I needed to do to remedy it. He is very easy to talk to an listened to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a cardiologist.

rare to find a Doctor that has a whatever works open minded attitude. His focus on prevention vs intervention is why he has been my go to cardiologist since 2003.

I see Dr. Zebrack once a year and have for many, many years. He has never cancelled on me and I have never waited more than 10 min, for him to arrive for an appointment. Over the years Dr. Zebrack updates his knowledge and follows the most current recommendations that he agrees with. Dr Zebrack has been my Cardiologist since he was on call in the ER in 2003. I’m here in large part because of his experience and expertise. He has no problem recommending low tech alternative treatments that when combined with modern day high tech medicine works very well.

He is an excellent Doctor. If you want a doctor who is full of himself and has an arrogant, egotistucal bedside manner--go see someone else. If you want someone who is more concerned about your heart and keeping you alive.. then see Dr Zebrach. He might be quiet. But do your own due dilligence and ASK QUESTIONS! . Seriously. Do you want a flash and dash doctor who has a great bedside manner but lacks real knowledge and experience? Or do you want a highly skilled, cardiologist saving your heart?

I have always been impressed with the heart center at St. Marks hospital and with Dr. Zebrack. The staff at the heart center are always very friendly and helpful . Dr. Zebracks nurse is a very very personal person , she shows caring and an interest in how you are feeling . Dr. Zebrack shows the same personal interest in what is happening with your health ! He is there to help with any health problems your having . His main interest is to make sure your heart is functioning as it should !

Dr Zebrack has helped keep me alive, for better than 5 years. He is always researching new techniques and therapies to help a patient feel better. He loves to stay informed of new treatments and procedures. I was in one of the studies for a new med that replaced a older medication I was on. This study has proven beneficial to heart failure patients. I meet him in full heart failure. He has proven to be a great choice.

On Halloween was my 4 years anniversary of having Dr. Zebrack as my Cardiologist . I like going to him for several reasons. He's on time, he answers your questions, he explains things that you can understand and he's not afraid to use healthy remedies instead of medications. Most of all he's easy to talk to about your problems.
