Where to start....totally amazing man...went way out of his way for me on an extremely busy patient day....made total sense....developed excellent diag nostic work up for me....made the boys in Cleveland look like first- graders. A+ all around. I feel enormous gratitude to all the AGH personnel who made this happen for me especially NP Shannon.

Dr. Valeriano is the best of many MDs we've seen. My autistic/epileptic son was averaging 5 seizures a week. We tried multiple neurologists, and none were able to solve the problem. Out of desperation we changed Dr's again. Dr V asked lots of questions about what I thought and honestly respected my opinions. We changed my son's care and seizures immediately stopped! He always returns calls, sometimes calling me just to check up. My son's quality of life is dramatically better! Thanks Dr V!

I've seen quite a few other neurologist. No others where able to help.I have epilepsy on both sides of my brain. Have been told that's very hard to help. I've now have been seeing Dr. V for 10yrs and he has helped in many ways. He calls me back himself for every question I've called for!!!!

I have been seeing Dr Valeriano since he joined the Allegheny Neurological Assocs group 30 + years ago. Over that period of time he has adjusted my medications as needed to keep me seizure free. When I call with questions or concerns, Dr Valeriano always has personally returned phone calls in a timely fashion.

He returns calls in a timely manner but rushes you off the phone and never explains anything. He also cancels appointments and you jump through hoops to actually talk to somebody when you need something. It took three weeks for the nurse to call in our prescription and the voicemail is always full so you can't leave a message.
