Meridian, ID |
Took my mom in for pre-op appointment, we will not go back to him. Rude, very short with her. I have never been witness to elderly abuse but that is how I would discribe how he spoke to her. Two hour appointment all I could think of what about the other older people there with no one there on their side. Very disappointing

This is the worst office I have ever been to. They treat their patients like a number book 3 to 5 patients at the same time. Then they have "helpers" run all the tests and you are lucky if Dr Tweeten spends 5 minutes with you. Our helper today was noticeably sickI had to ask him to sanitize after throwing his used Kleenex away. What qualifications do these "helpers" have I have never been given an answer. If you want to waste your day then come see him otherwise find a dr that actually care
Caldwell, ID |
I feel Dr. Tweeten has so many patients stacked up that he does not have time to relate with each patient on a personal level. I did not appreciate his response to my questions, as they did not seem to be of importance to him. I felt he was rude and could not leave the room fast enough. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. 4 hrs in any appointment is not a sign of an organised office. It makes me question how hurried he is in his surgery's. I have canceled to seek a second opinion.

Over book patients. Spent 2 hours waiting.
Boise, ID |
He may know his medicine but his people skills are very bad. He will come into the exam room and say hello. He will then look at my eyes, turn to the nurse/assistant and tell her something technical to write in the chart and walk out without talking to the patient. This has happened on several occasions. Good luck if you are interested in your own eye health status or have any questions for him about your vision. Apparently, it only matters what he knows and writes in the chart.

Dr. Tweeten was very rude. When I asked questions, he barely answered, and made me feel stupid for asking the questions in the first place. When I expressed concern about being able to see better without my glasses on at the end of the appointment, he handed me my new prescription and said, Well, don't expect this to change anything. It was the worst experience I've ever had with an ophthalmologist.
