This doctor is pushy trying to talk patients into getting involved in researches that he has came up with to get super, super, richer, very money hungry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tumlin's for 8 years. He explained my medical condition (SLE) in great detail and provided solutions and treatment to help me through the process. I was also a trial patient. I never felt like I was pushed to enter the trial and was always assured my health was top priority. I have been in remission for 5 years. I am thankful of knowledgeable doctors like Tumlin to get me where I am today!
I have been a patient of his for years. I have WG and it is my belief he saved my life. ( I never was a research patient, but gladly would have been and yes, I was also on dialysis).

I have been with Dr. Tumlin for 6 years almost 7. He has been a lifesaver, literally. He knows his business like no other I've ever seen, and I've seen my share of doctors. I would recommend him to anyone needing a nephrologist or any one with Lupus. He is one of the few doctors who truly cares about his patients. He spends the time with you to answer all your questions and explains everything so you can understand what is going on in your body. I wish there were more doctors like him.

Dr. Tumlin is an extremely knowledgeable nephrologist especially when it comes to FSGS and MCD. I would highly recommend him to anyone especially if they are trying to navigate through the confusing world of FSGS or MCD. Most other doctors have had little experience with these diseases. My first neph actually refered me to Dr. Tumlin because of his knowledge and experience. He cares deeply for his patients and is very passionate about medicine. I credit him for saving my life.
in Rossville, GA |
Doctor Tumlin is not concerned about patient care. Instead, doctor is more interested in persuading patients to sign-up for his various research tests and programs, which most-likely further inflate Tumlin's income. Tumlin and his staff are careless and very unprofessional, often losing patient information and documentation. Tumlin isolates patients from their other doctors, so he can position himself as their primary care physician--a position he is unqualified to serve and fulfill.
