I'm horrified that my daughter was subjected to such demeaning treatment! My sweet 15-year-old had a treatment unresponsive swollen/droopy eye for two weeks. Dr. Reynolds was extremely rude and shamed her for coming to him for such a "minimal" issue. He pontificated about "serious cases" where...more

If you are able to get an appointment with another Pediatric Ophthalmologist in the area, I'd recommend you doing so. The staff was fine...but Dr. Reynolds lack of bedside manner was ridiculous. The whole appointment, which lasted 3 hours, was uncomfortable and concerns of ours were downplayed...more

This was the worst drs. Office i have ever been to. I spent more time waiting then i did seeing an actual dr. I was at the office for over 2 and a half hours for eye exam. They were apparently over booked and it was a diaster
