My father is a patient of Dr. Osborne's. The Dr. is fine. The medical staff either does not care or they are understaffed. Dr. requested two MRIS on two separate ocassions. Each time the MA would state to wait a week for scheduling from Simonmed and if we had not received a call then to call SM directly. Both times I've had to call SM only to find out the doctor's office never faxed over the forms with the description of testing like. "she understands". the MA did not offer to schedule his appt

Dr. Osborne is great, I would highly recommend him for anyone needing an ENT!! He has my every confidence as a doctor after having heard his explanation of my son's condition/diagnosis, prognosis, testing results, forward treatment planning and things to expect. I went to him for a second opinion and wish my doctor would have referred to him in the first place to save us from the run around. His staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful in each of their specialties- providing the same com
