The waiting room is cleaned frequently throughout the day and professionally cleaned regularly. Exam rooms are cleaned between every patient and there is hand sanitizer in the waiting room, in the exam rooms, and at the check-in and check-out desks. For those patients who are immunocompromised, I have been providing since March, telemedicine visits, Your characterization of my perspective on COVID-19, and the SARS cov2 virus is inaccurate and grossly misrepresenting. I cared for many sick and dying patients in the hospital during the height of the pandemic and put my own health at risk for the well being of others.

There was minimal adherence to covid guidelines within the office setting regarding social distancing and spacing of patients. As usual, wait time was delayed by the need to complete paperwork within the wait room rather than sending paperwork to the patient to complete at home and bring to the office visit. There were insufficient disinfectant procedures evident at the Manahawkin office. Dr Orlando's attitude was that we would develop "herd immunity" and covid would disappear. As a patient who is a senior with underlying autoimmune conditions and a 2.5 year cancer survival status, I was appalled.

Dr. Orlando has the ability to make the patient feel as if he/she is the only one Dr. O needs to see. Explanations are understandable and clear. His sense of humor lightens the fact that you are seeing a heart doctor. He is the best in so many ways. And, yes, sometimes the wait is long because someone needs his time. Worth waiting for.

Dr, Orlando is a great Doctor. I have gone to him for years and have no complaints. He takes his time and explains everything to you, answers your questions and concerns. He returns phone calls and goes out of his way to help you with any problems your may have with insurances and authorizations. I would recommend him to anyone. He gets 5 stars from me.

My husband and I saw Dr. Orlando as patients. We were so absolutely impressed with him and how caring and responsive he was to any of our questions. He took the time to explain both of our conditions in lay man's language which was the most explanations we ever received from a doctor. Thank you Dr. Orlando, bellisimo.

According to the College of Physicians and Surgeons, a doctor should not prescribe a new medication without seeing the patient. Had some BP spikes and he prescribed a new medication over the phone with no exam or follow up. Very disappointed in his procedures.

Dr. Orlando is the most caring doctor I have ever gone to. When we were in Florida, He helped me to make arrangements for my husband to be admitted to our local hospital, when my husband’s internist, dr. Walter Miller, would not. He is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about dr. Orlando, and enough bad things about dr. Miller.

Dr. Orlando is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone, and would give a zero star rating if I could. He made my son and I very uncomfortable and we left his office feeling worse than when we went in.

Worst care to my father! This office is completely negligent and Dr. Orlando only cares about you for as long as your sitting in front of him. If you have a complicated medical history or need monitoring for blood thinners, run! Nobody cares and it appears there is absolutely no benefit to a multi doctor practice because there's never a cover. You have a problem, too bad. You wait till he calls you and it may take days. He has no sense of responsibility to his patients. Find someone else

Turned out to be a competent Doctor considering the outcome. However, in my case I think he is a little too full of himself. Should check his GOD complex at the patients door, enough said.
