I have always gotten in to see Dr Noon all the times I have needed. The schedulers have bent over backwards to accommodate any conflict with other appts i might have...the staff in the office have always been very friendly and professional. Dr Noon always spends time before and after my epidural if needed. I have never waited more than 10 to 15 min at most for a scheduled appt. I would and have recommended Dr Noon to anyone else I know that needs his service.

Dr Noone's secretary gave me an app then took it away telling me it was too hard to pre cert for my epidural . My insurance company would have done it in5 minutes I am in agony from a herniated disc I. My back causing severe leg pain and now I have to wait the weekend . I am going to another Diego handled all of the paperwork with ease insteD of flipping out . I thought the secretary is supposed to do these things. I guess in Susan ' s case she makes it a big deal . i am very unhappy
