Very good experience
Dr Matteson was kind, compassionate and put me at ease. His nurse was also extremely kind and personable, which helped greatly considering that the exam process can be uncomfortable both physically and emotionally. I felt safe and in very competent hands.

They care more about getting paid then they do about their patients. I had a huge kidney stone. So Dr, Matteson put a stent in and he would not take it out until I paid all of the money up front even before it was submitted to my insurance. He left me in terrible pain for many months during which I went to his office 8 times and 3 hospital procedures including a 3 day hospital stay. I had to go to the office and beg him to take it out. Finally he performed the procedure months later. He left the stone in and lied about taking it out. I developed a serious infection and when I sought treatment from him he laughed at me. He has to be the worst Dr. on the planet. I had to go to Morristown to find a competent doctor who took care of me.

Very thorough. The nurse was friendly, pleasant and took down my information and listened and answered my questions. I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to see me. He also answered all of my questions and discussed my treatment plan with me. I was not rushed out of the office. I was made to feel like my time was important so I was very satisfied.

Dr Matteson cares for my husband wonderfully, some years back he came in to do emergency surgery on him even though someone else was covering over that weekend. Afterward he came out to speak with me plainly and intelligently to reassure me. He's been his urologist for a longtime and we trust him implicitly .
