Dr. Matera has too many patients. His staff is as nasty as they come, especially Lisa, who doesn't care at all about the patients. For instance, my wife was in desperate need of her pain pills,as she has avascular necrosis in both hips (likely from the dialysis) and end-stage renal disease. I called to get a script and they treated me like I was a criminal. They won't even allow me to sit in the waiting for a new prescription. I'm going to complain to Board of Health to see if this is even legal
