      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

      Dr. Martin Jr.'s Care Philosophy

As a practicing otolaryngologist, I think it is important to educate my patients in their medical problem so they can better understand their treatment plan. I offer IN OFFICE balloon sinuplasties for selected patients. This simple process can alleviate chronic sinus pressure that often accompanies flying, diving, chronic nasal congestion or weather changes. We have the ability to do IN OFFICE CT scans of your sinuses and can formulate a treatment plan just for you.

      Dr. Martin Jr. says...

I have received training in balloon sinuplasties, and have performed hundreds of them over the last 10 yrs.  Over the last 3 yrs, I have performed IN OFFICE balloon sinuplasties for patients with recurring acute sinus infections, frequent sinus headaches, and chronic sinus congestion.  This simple procedure can be done in less than one hour, with minimal discomfort.  The patient is able to resume his/her normal activities the next day, without the hassle of hospitalization or general anesthesia. With our in office CT scanner, we are able to complete a sinus CT is less than 60 seconds, and then can review it with the patient during that same office visit.  This saves considerable time and is much more convenient.  Please feel free to call my office to arrange an appointment to evaluate your sinus problem.....................Dr. Martin
