I scheduled through cent. scheduling and prov. with wrong address. The office was 15 mins away from the address I was. After giving the run around the office was notified that I would be late to my app.Once arrived I got turned away by his nurse after 45 mins of driving trying to find his office and 2 weeks in pain waiting for this app.His nurse advised we only have 10 mins left, did not offer me the 10 mins to be seen though!?She also could of called while I was on my way to tell me so! Sad place
