I had an appointment yesterday. I waited about 15 minutes. Dr. Loging is so patient and he listens to what his patients have to say. He talks with you. He does x-rays and will show you what he is talking about. His staff is wonderful. They are nice and courteous. I love the fact that he prays with you before surgery. I won't go to anyone else.

I'm a disabled veteran, I was neglected by Army medicine for years having injuries pile up. Dr. Loging has been the best surgeon/physician I've ever dealt with. I was also a Health Administrative Officer in the military, so I had daily interactions with many Physicians. Dr. Loging is a man of faith and that clearly shows when he's taking care of his patients. He has done surgeries on both my wife and I. I'm getting ready to have my second surgery with Dr. Loging as I'm feeling much better from my first surgery and looking forward to the next one. Before I met Dr. Loging, I was ready to give up from the pain, Dr. Loging truly makes a difference in his patients’ lives.

Dr. Loging's has got to be one of the best doctors, I have ever had. His bedside manner is very caring and understanding. He really listens to you and prays with you before each surgery. He has operated on both my neck and shoulder and I currently receive ESI injections. When he moved his main practice from Laurens, to Chapin it now required an hour drive, but I'd travel to see him just about anywhere to receive the excellent care and treatment he offers.

After doing the research for an orthopedic doctor, I knew Dr. Loging was the doctor for me. I went to my first appointment knowing I needed one total hip replacement and 2 knees. Turns out both hips needed replacement. I've had one replaced and it's now my "good hip" and have the 3 month wait for my next surgery. Dr. Loging is very straightforward and interested in appropriate rehabilitation before proceeding to the next surgery. That's saying alot about a doctor and he has a no nonsense approach to pain medications. I appreciate that as well. He's a Christian and will pray for you on your big day. So if you are looking for the best, go no further. My surgery has stared my pathway to becoming bionic. ??

He has performed 2 total knee replacements on me and a trigger finger operation. He has replaced both of my husbands knees. I think he is a terrific surgeon and a very capable and compassionate physician. I have recommended him to several of my friend and neighbors. I trust him implicitly and feel totally comfortable in his care. I am especially impressed that he grew up in this area and with all of his skills and (I am sure he had multiple opportunities to relocate and to command a higher salary) abilities he still chose to come back to this area to provide first rate orthopedic surgery.

I would recommend Dr. Loging to anyone with bone and joint issues. Dr. Loging performed a total knee replacement on my left knee in November 2018. He has been following me throughout the procedure and I don't have anything but good things to say about him. The procedure went very well and I'm positive this was due to Dr. Loging's expertise in his field. Dr. Loging has excellent interacting skills with his patients and truly is concerned about them.

Dr. Loging goes beyond the surgical process to really get to know his patients, where they feel pain, and provides immediate choices that benefit the patient and patient's caregiver. I'm in healthcare. I searched for multiple surgical approaches before seeking Dr. Loging to complete my total hip replacement. While I was convinced I wouldn't do any hip replacement except the anterior approach, Dr. Loging has added his own highest level of quality management, from the anesthesiologist he selects, to the hospital that listens to him (that's rare), and the equipment used in surgery. I wasn't exactly dancing 5 days out, but after 14 days, I attended a black-tie wedding. Listen to the physical therapist and do everything he/she recommends. Makes all the difference when physical therapist / physician / and patient work as a team. I highly recommend him over any other joint replacement surgeon in the Carolinas.

I had some x-rays taken there. Dr. Loging reviewed them before seeing me. Asked me questions, did an exam and then gave me answer as to why my knee was hurting. MRI is needed to make sure of his finding. Polite and to the point.

Dr. Loging did a superior job replacing my right hip. I am so glad that I listened to my friend who had been his patient previously for a hip replacement. He is very caring and a super doctor. He may need to fix my bone on bone right knee, he is trying to help with an injection, so that I may be able to enjoy my already scheduled vacation.
