He is currently a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Gastrointestinal Association, and the American College of Gastroenterology."

I have been a patient of dr.lax for over 10 years. I have ulcerative colitis and he has been able to treat my symptoms so I can live a normal life. Dr.lax is an amazing, patient, dedicated doctor. Been with Dr Lax for 20 years and he has performed more than 6 colonoscopies on me. I trust his judgment completely and feel that I get excellent medical advice. He is a good listener and gives clear answers to questions.

I can't recommend Dr.Lax. Although he is kind and seems knowledgeable, he is at the END of his career and does not seem interested or involved. It seems that he is ready to retire. His office help is incompetent and his hours are a mystery. There is no follow-up. They can't schedule patients so you...Read More
